Get Started!

So you're ready to supercharge your health and fitness? Great! Here's how you get started:

Step 1

Call (317-374-8754) or email to schedule your introductory class. All of our students go through this process. During the free, one hour session with our head coach, we talk about your health history and goals, walk you through a short movement assessment, and finally a baseline workout. You'll get a thorough explanation of who we are and what we do, while providing us a feel for who you are and what you do.

Step 2

During your intro session, we'll match you up with the program that best meets your needs based on your health goals, schedule, and budget.

Step 3

Once you're registered, you'll simply RSVP for whichever class on the schedule meets your needs and show up 10 - 15 minutes early, ready to go.
