Here at Inner Strength, CrossFit is the strength and conditioning platform we use to inspire, define, and program for fitness in a supportive, fun, and challenging environment. We chase proficiency in ten general skills: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy. Then we apply individualized programming for your specific needs and goals.
